Terms & Conditions

Please arrive 20 minutes before your allocated time slot.

Activities will only be held for 5 minutes, if you miss your time slot you will be put onto the next available race if available.

These Terms and Conditions (together with any applicable The Garage Leisure Complex Rules and Privacy Policy) set out the terms on which you agree to take part in any of the activities at The Garage (the °Conditions°)

Please read the Conditions carefully before participating in any of the Activities. By taking part in the Activities, you confirm that you accept the Conditions and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Conditions, you/your child must not take part in any Activities at the venue.

The Activities are provided by The Garage (Ayrshire) Ltd, trading as The Garage Leisure Complex which is a limited company incorporated in Scotland under Company No: SC698780 and whose registered office address is at 36-40 Grange Street, Kilmarnock, KA1 2DD

The Garage Leisure Complex reserves the right to limit the availability of and/or change any of its Activities at any time.

The Garage Leisure Complex will not be held responsible for the loss or damage to any of your personal belongings during your visit to the complex.

If you or any member of your group causes any damage to any of the complex facilities, fixtures or fittings then you will be liable for the costs of repairing such damage. The cost of any such repairs will be charged to the person responsible for the booking.

The Garage Leisure Complex staff are not responsible for supervising you or your children at any time, regardless of the child’s age.
